What's to argue about here, youy just can't run up behind someone and ram them. Age makes no difference.
Although I agree she was going quite slowly, the person behind her should be in control of his cart at all times!! No different than driving a car. You can’t just blow into the person in front of you.
I've been on several of those rides throughout different states and it looks like to me they were coming to the end of the ride because you can see the lockers right there. so she was slowing down because they were stopping at the end of the ride and the kid was not paying attention and came zooming in instead of slowing down

We rode those while on vacation in Tennessee. You control the gas and brake but if one car slows down or stops, all of the other cars automatically stop to prevent collisions. It's an automatic safety feature.

The little punk ignored the sign to slow down which is what you're supposed to do near the end of the run which is what the lady was doing I hope she wasn't hurt too bad but that little punk needed to learn a big lesson and be banned and probably sued if she's hurt the little punk didn't even pull up the lever to brake at all

SHE is NOT at fault! She was slowing down at the ride's END. The person BEHIND HER IS AT FAULT. It is HIS RESPONSIBILITY to slow down so as not to hit HER. Just the same as if they were on a highway or road.
People get serious back injuries when one of these crashes into another!
If she was coming to the end, she was not going under the speed limit. You should be going very slow at that point. The guy who rams her is at fault.

what is wrong with people! the first thing people think of is suing! if you don't want to go as and ride to have fun then don't ride at all. if you are old and scared then ask the park to make sure that the know you want to go 5 miles per hour and would like the next driver to be just as old as you are and willing to drive 5 miles per hour or less.
