the brakes were not out on that truck if you notice the brake lights are never on until it gets right up to that line of cars then magically the truck slows down

holly shit. it takes a special type of person. shut the ignition off and use the park brake this person needs to slow down and then apply for a drivers licence (but not in california) and why at crusing speed very little traffic did the driver realise no brakes💕
