I get it's not a common thing to see but she's not touching her feet to no food and ain't no food touching her feet. the issue here is safety the floors are very clean to be that busy and during the day like that. but there's always going to be grease on that floor even when they flooded and use the deck brush at night . so with grease on the floor and hot grease around you- you a liability you got to go

I could understand why the company would have to react. It is a safety violation she could slip or drop something on her feet, and the company would be expected to compensate her. Now, on the other hand, how was it affecting this person's service. This person's feet had nothing to do with their food.
