Anyone know the day/time this happened? I can file the FOIA paperwork and try to get their information and notify them... I have the money and time... ?? That's literally entrapment. It doesn't get any clearer than this either. I sure hope those people see this video and fight back after they get their tickets thrown out. The longer citizens allow this to happen, the more common it will become. And if people don't fight back, eventually the courts will start siding with the officers, and will create shitty case law to justify it throughout the country. I'm thinking FOIA may give me SOME information at the very least so if anyone has any info on this, let me know!

when I was younger, I was used to buy alcohol under age at Cheyenne Frontier Days. ilIf the seller took my $20, cops walked up and arrested them. BTW what they are doing is COMPLETELY legal as every corner IS a crosswalk unless signs say it isn't.

Everyone screaming "no crosswalk" Yall are wrong. The pedestrian should get a ticket for j walking, yes... BUT the law is STOP FOR PEDESTRIAN. The law does not say stop for crosswalk. A pedestrian is anyone that is walking, jogging, running, skipping, or any NON VEHICLE MOTION ON ROADWAY. My town has two crosswalks on one intersection. But I know my town has at least 40-50 intersections. So always using a crossing is not always an option.
