I highly doubt they are hiring people. However they are enforcing the law. As motorists we get complacent and that’s how people get unalived. We should always be cognizant of driving with the laws regarding driving. #1 driving is a privilege not a right. Yes I said that. So we should be sure to pay atttention,it may save your life one day. I’ve logged over 1 million miles commercially and while employed by others and a business owner responsible for those I hired. It’s not difficult to protect yourself and others.

Anyone know the day/time this happened? I can file the FOIA paperwork and try to get their information and notify them... I have the money and time... ?? That's literally entrapment. It doesn't get any clearer than this either. I sure hope those people see this video and fight back after they get their tickets thrown out. The longer citizens allow this to happen, the more common it will become. And if people don't fight back, eventually the courts will start siding with the officers, and will create shitty case law to justify it throughout the country. I'm thinking FOIA may give me SOME information at the very least so if anyone has any info on this, let me know!

That guy began at a Street Corner . In California whether painted or not a Crosswalk is implied from Corner to Other side of the Street . But don't expect Drivers to actually know or respect that fact .

I'm on foot and people will drive right up on you in a parking lot. One time I had a couple of Gatorade in a sack. I triple bag them. This one car got in my space and I swung my sack whish never left my hand. I didn't hit it real hard but I made a thump. He acted like he wanted to fight which I was excited about. He didn't do shit. A few minutes later he drove up on me rolled down the windows talking shit. I told him get out the car but he drove off instead. People do need to pay closer attention to people walking. I've had multiple times people have a red light and still roll into me pushing me into traffic not paying attention. Their head is turned looking at traffic. I beat on there hood when that happens.

Here in Georgia, you have to cross the road in a designated cross walk. if you don't, and a vehicle hits you. the pedestrian is at fault.

I live in Nashville where there are a lot of pedestrians in high tourist area. Cops set up things just like this because there is a high death rate of ppl getting hit by cars. One man was crossing in a wheelchair and got hit. Since they started this the death toll on pedestrians have gone down. It's made people more aware of the pedestrians. Most of the ppl that they pull over gets a warning and are advised to be aware. It's all about keeping people safe but because of the reputation that I.C.E. has created, the thoughts are that ALL law enforcement is bad but they aren't. Just try not to judge unless you know the whole story. Thank you for your time and attention. 😳😳
