You aren't required to give an explanation to asinine questions like "why don't you like to roll your window down all the way?" But he eventually got the cop to say something really stupid that might cause a judge to throw out everything including the speeding ticket, to take this hotshot cop down a few notches.
Cop says roll your window down so I can talk to you better. Yet the cop is talking to him just fine the way the window is. But super cop wants better.

it's kinda weird that you have to have my window down to have a conversation. defensive? you stopped me. of course I should be defensive.. you are on offense by commanding me to stop.
