This is a problem with today's youth. .any are taught that guns are evil, no one should have them and their only purpose is to kill people. This is also the attitude of many schools and universities. I was born in the 50's my father was a hunter, fishermen, and a WWII and Korean war veteran. I started hunting at 5 years old and was gifted a 20 gauge side by side double barrel shotgun at 6 years old. We moved to a farm when I was 5. It was normal for children to have been introduced to firearms at an early age back then and use them to provide food for the table.
