The tragedy is that these children are not "normal" but that can be handled in ways that are more sensitive. We don't know how the little boy had that communicated to him. By whom and in what context all makes a difference. And what about the parents letting him believe he is "normal" if that's not the case. And, just from this short video, we don't know what kind of "not normal" it is.
