The cop should have told him to put his hands on his head, step back, and get on your knees. Was there a second cop there? If so, that one should have disarmed him at that point. But I DON’T understand why the victim was so slow to obey orders, especially since he has a gun in his pocket…

He gave the Cop a reason, and that's all they need. He knows he's caught. He knows the cop knows he's got a gun on him. He knows the cop already told him 5 times to keep his hands on the car... It's like young peoples brains are broken. They have 0 awareness of danger, self-preservation, or serious situations. They dont think about what can happen, they live by what's supposed to happen, and life doesn't work like that. When things go bad all they can say is "bro or bruh, that's not fair, he wasn't supposed to hold me accountable like that for what I did, that wasn't justified... " or "it wasn't that serious..." What they don't get is that nobody cares and that's irrelevant because you are dead now and life goes on for the rest of us...

dude was playing around and was waiting for the opportunity to pull thats why he was acting so damn silly..When i got pulled over i told the cop i had a gun in my car..He said ok cool just keep your hands on the wheel and dont move while i get it..I said cool amd you know what i did..?..I kept my damn hands on the wheel until he got my gun and felt safe..Afterwards he thank me for telling him about my gun and let me go with just a warning..Put yourself in their position..They dont want to take chances with their lives and i understand that so i want him to feel as comfortable as possible cause id want the same..You never know what someone else is thinking or what they have going on so why play games in that situation..Dude played and got what the result will be when you play..That is not the time to argue your point..Just chill and relax..Itll be over but now dude is probably not with us anymore..Look like he got those in the chest..
