I am always around law enforcement, and upon analyzing this video, it is clear that the officer made a grave mistake by shooting him without cause. The proper procedure would have been to approach him and promptly handcuff him. I trust that he will seek legal representation and file a lawsuit against both the city and the officer, who should be terminated. Additionally, I detected a second voice, possibly a partner, indicating that they are both in serious trouble. Scary mf’s!
