ICE is not after criminal and gang members. ICE deliberately target Soft Targets. Going after actusl criminals and gang members is "risky" and potentially dangerous. Why risk actusl conflic when you can traumatize and wisk up defenders mothers, grandmothers, gardeners, roofers, students, US Citizens who " Meet the profile" in droves. Besides. it would not be good optics for ICE agents to be flashing gang signs.
