It tastes just like the way it look. Very rich flavor. Like your eating Fat, but the texture of meat chewing But the flavor is strong fat flavor. I didn’t care for it. I didn’t pay the Quoted price 100 per pound . It was More like 33.99 lb. I try a very small Steak so I can just try it. Don’t waste Your money.
