Being a US citizen doesn’t magically make you immune to the law. FEDERAL AGENTS cover every law in our nation at a federal level. For instance… if federal agents observe you commit a crime they can absolutely enforce the law and make an arrest.
If you are a US citizen and don’t have a birth certificate, then you need to go to the register’s office and get one after you get one go take that birth certificate and take a shot of it a snapshot a picture of your birth certificate. you will prove you are a citizen put it in your phone with a snapshot, then show it to ice. That’s all you gotta do. It will be with you everywhere you go. It will be in your phone, they can expand the picture with your fingers and it’ll show you have a birth certificate proving who you are.
