my mother had 4 sons dad popped in from time to time and she had those boys scared of the police and they never got in trouble. We were spanked and we were afraid of those spankings so we stayed out of trouble. This knew thing about parents cant touch their child and they know about this and thats probably why they are being raised up in jail the jail is their parents. They hanging in the streets all hours and carrying guns. If these parents dont get it together they will be visiting the graveyard or putting money on their child's books in prison.
