If the officer was in front of him, then the officer was speeding first. If the officer commits a crime, then evidence obtained from that investigation is inadmissible in court.
this is why the justice system needs to be redone. it's a joke. all designed to rob us basically. so now I need to take a day off of work to toto court and fight a ticket because cops get away with lieing. yea that makes tons of sense.

first off, was the police car actually having an CERTIFIED speedometer? when was last time it was calibrated? and thise radar guns also come under scrutiny as far as calibration goes.. the cop was speeding, breaking the law decides to pull over the dude ans giving him a ticket by internment...case dismissed...

This literally just happened to me two days ago if you got a nice car, they’ll pull you over for speeding and be lying the whole time. I’m on my third speeding ticket just in two months.

The cop had to be speding sometimes cop will speed to slow traffic down they will get out in front of traffic people will generally slow down when they see a cop on the highway . The cop gets out in front then he gradually decreases his speed to slow the traffic down... as long as you don't pass the cop you should be good. If he passed the cop ticket but if he doesn't than he should be fine.
