a buddy of mine took a big group to Texas corral in Saint Joseph, mi. As he sat down the metal chair snagged his finger and ripped off his entire fingernail and a lot of the skin around it. The seat bottom was loose and as he sat down his finger was between the seat and frame. The weight of him sitting with his finger pinched In between wouldnt release him and he landed on his back in the middle of the floor. He was bleeding all over.... embarrassed to have this happen while around so many family and friends. He got up and rushed to the bathroom. While he was gone they removed the chair and when he returned the manager was very apologetic. Making all these promises.... Well my buddy didnt want to make a scene. So he sucked it up and took the managers word that they would be in touch the following day. Weeks go by and no contact. He never received any compensation. Not even a paid medical bill.... free dinner... formal apology... nothing..... after that, I told him to sue...
of course they would sue for a handout.over nothing too lol.
