Disgusting. My sister once washed hers in the bath tub. I didn't eat them.
This is why I only ate my Mother’s greens! She would only pick her greens in the sunlight or she had to have extra lamps in addition to our kitchen ceiling light. And when she was finished picking her greens she would wash them in a Clean double kitchen sink using dish detergent to strip any lingering soil and salt that would make any worm or bug surface up in the water that she would pull out. She would repeat her wash and rinse off her greens at least 7-10 times until the water was clear and the greens squeaked!😂lbvs. But this is not just nasty 🤮 it’s diabolical! She got to have some kind of mental illness!
