first sign of stupidity is the idiot using an impact gun to remove a drain plug.. a wrench is all you need

Ssshole would get his ass beat in the shop! Word of advice : mark your oil filters before oil change, check grease fittings for grease because these days shops are crooks
you didn't use torque.. it's hand tight and then an 1/8th of a turn to snug it up
