Haven’t eaten Cambells Soup since I got married almost 40 yrs ago. And frankly… I wouldn’t have thought they would skimp. Just goes ta show ya, If it’s not one thing it’s another if it’s not your father’s mother eating your grandmother’s soup it’s your grandmother eating your mother’s dry turkey salad sandwiches

I realized it when I was a kid but was too poor to eat much else. I never touched the stuff again after I was an adult. Anything with that much sodium is covering up a multitude of sins.

I respect his honesty. Big Industrial Food went full on synthetic and ultra processed in the 70s and 80s. Kraft, Kellogs, DelMonte, Hostess, etc. These are massive brands who aren’t known for quality or great taste.
