I stopped eating canned soup years ago when I discovered how much sodium is in them. I'm going to learn how to make my own.
Haven't bought Campbell's since
I grew up in Campbell's, however, now it has gmo s.Awful will no longer eat. Want to know why people are sicker in the 90s & up, compared to the 50s 60s 70s. Greed.... It is much cheaper and products last longer and go further if I use massive amount of preservatives and GMOs. The billionaires win u lose.....

Get marrow bones at grocer. Simmer in salted water for couple of hours-gives you a very good baseπ₯° for starting soup! Add 1lb. Stew meat as a start.
that's most of the stuff they give us today. Just saw something on ice cream. the reason none of them say ICE CREAM because there's barely any milk. lots of harmful ingredients, corn syrup etc.

I spend the extra time to make my own noodles. Cook chicken breasts to chop up. And cook the carrots. I make a huge amount so I can freeze a few meals.
