Yes, she should It’s a pretty simple charge. assault in the first degree, legally speaking that worker could’ve beat her ass. In fast food, you are allowed to turn down a refund or any service to someone acting that way. It is a company legal right to do so.
she should of call the cop. I did when a restaurant refused to give me my money back for unexceptable food. the cop made them give me my money back. I was not arguing or being disrespectful. got my money and went somewhere else. this is why rally is closing all over the country the food is terrible and service is unexceptable. I never went back as a customer.
