That was shady as hell and they wonder why people don’t want to work for them. I won’t be spending my money with them anymore.
They're not responding because they look bad as s*** for that. That woman sacrificed so much and she had to miss shifts, but she showed app and was the only one there doing everything I've done that every time somebody didn't want to come into work. My manager would call me, you know why, because I showed up then they wanted to make me a manager. Here's the problem with that I would have fired. Every person that called in unless they had a legitimate reason if they could bring me a doctor's note, we're good, but if they just call in to call in and they continue to do it every other day they would have got fired. I would not have put up with that. You are working in a fast food restaurant which means that you have to be on your toes and ready. And you do not give people cold food. You do not leave the food sitting there for so long. That It is hard as a rock and sadly they do that
now that's pretty normal for fast food, probably pretty normal for most minimum wage jobs
