I used to think growing up in NYC we use to run into a lot of them in that did smell like straight armpit funk but since I began working in hospitals I’ve run into quite a few people from India. That are very clean and smell good it’s not all of them. Every race has people that are nasty and don’t have proper hygiene.
they DO REEK. no deodorant. I worked in HR one time and had to process a guy from Nigeria. (i know, not Indian). but I gagged the minute I walked in the room he smelled SO BAD. he was dressed to the nines, too. would've been impressive if he didn't stink so bad. he got the job but I heard he was sent home to shower. NOBODY could stand him.
one more thing🤔 those people in those countries they don't use deodorant they don't use the cleaning the sanitation or cleaning products or any type of hygienic products that we use number one they don't have them over there and if they do they don't use them that's because it's not in their culture plain and simple yes they do smell if you've been in school with them or been around them that is they look at you like you're crazy if you ask them to use deodorant or anything like that it's just not in there until they get Americanized🤔👍

many dont bathe often and definitely dont use anti-perspirant- not just the men, but the women as well...it is a cultural thing...in their culture, the natural body smell is acceptable, and it can be pretty strong...to Americans, that use deodorants or anti-perspirants -it smells rank...not a reason to dislike a race, but a reason to stand clear is understood...

Sometimes you just have to tell someone that they need a bath or shower and to use soap and water; finish with deodorant. It’s quite offensive and in today’s time, there’s no need to be gagging because people won’t take care of personal hygiene. This isn’t the 1800’s.
