I don’t use brakes!
Downshift if in a suitable situation. I miss my 3 on the tree 79 Custom Deluxe C10 and my grandpa's 61 K30 Suburban that had granny low
down shifting is always better, makes your brakes last longer.
depends on the situation mostly I toss mine in neutral but if im hot rodding and need to slow quickly I will downshift
down shift
gear down
depends
Down shift when you can staying in neutral is when your stuck at a light and to lazy to hold the clutch and break at the same time.
Depends on the situation but normally I down shift in the city and pop in neutral in the country
it depends on if I'm pulling anything
Down shift
down shift for sure
depends on traffic and how it's moving. usually I'll just use third to slow down then go to first. if traffic is crawling I'll just let it coast.
I've always downshift to slow it down faster
downshifting is better but I hate it.
depending on how fast I'm going
Depends on if it has a V8 with loud exhaust or not
I was taught to use the transmission to slow down
Downshift through the gears
just put in in neutral 😁
Downshift
gear Down
ONLY DOWN SHIFT IN INCLEMENT WEATHER. 🤔
you can down shift but n then break probably better on your transmission but in a big rig you cant ride the n so down shift is my answer
pop in neutral and brake ...what's of wearing down ur gears in down shifting
I drove a school bus, I'd down shift the initial braking, and brake from there, in winter with snow or ice covering the road I would put the bus in neutral or else the wheels would lock-up and skid, I do the same in my automatic daily driver in the wintery conditions
down shift .. it'll save your brakes for sure
down shift 😁
it's all about the shifting down shifting slightly touching the brakes
I just put it in neutral
Throw it neutral
Down shift let the engine and transmission slow you down. Controled braking. NEVER EVER PUT IT IN NEUTRAL to stop. Also known as free wheeling, brakes fail and your screwed
you downshift it's very obvious and it's just common sense
🥰
down shift
both
neutral and brake 😭 downshift puts wear on your clutches and motor
shift down as you slow
use the gears.
downshift
down shift
What's the point of having gears? If you don't use them
downshifting is best but every situation is different
Using neutral takes all the fun out of it. YOU GOTTA JAKE BRAKE😂😂
Always down shift...slows vehicle WITHOUT using the brakes...especially when off-roading...keeps vehicle from sliding and losing tire contact with the dirt or rock surface...I have the ORIGINAL 4 disc brakes on my '97 Honda Prelude that has a 5-speed and 250 ponies from a 2.2 liter...
I always down shift
downshift & save your brakes.
I always down Shift
it's situational.. but an experienced driver will down shift
downshift definitely
use the gears it helps
depends on the situation
neutral- brake baby 😁 that's my preferred mode 😉😁
down shift using the gearshift and clutch for each gear. Don't shift into first gear until y come to a complete stop. You'll save your brakes by doing so.
neutral
I have always thrown it into neutral.
gotta downshift baby!🥰
no free rolling, I downshift
Just depends my first car and several others were manuals
down shift your gears
it is called down shifting 😂
always down shift it gives you way more control of the vehicle
down ahift
I am 16 years old n knew how to drive a manual for a year already n ion even gotta car Yk they YouTube videos for that too right
if I am hauling a load I will down shift, in the small car I will go neutral a lot of the times
Gear down honey 🍯
save the brakes and gear down 😁
downshift
the only time you need to downshift is if you're hauling a load in a pickup.....I never downshift in a car. it's not necessary
