Something else was up…after dude never came back upstairs, why would you leave all of your stuff? You left your personal items in the room…id/cards should have been on your body in a pocket or your purse around your neck! I’m happily married for 25+ yrs, we’re faithful to one another, my husband is a great man and we’ve traveled…he’s the one that told me to keep my round trip ticket, ID, credit card, cash on me always and at arms reach when I sleep!
Same thing happened to my niece in Miami , he took all his stuff and hers too and flew back home to Vegas leaving her stranded. When she finally gets back home she goes to his house to get her things from him after making arrangements with him for pick-up . She shows up so she can trade an item he left behind in Miami for her things he took from her while asleep , he denies her entry at the door and raises the garage door while she walked back to her vehicle he then proceeds to shoot her several times in the back. Sis you’re very blessed to have your life after dealing with that toxic narcissist trash of a male.

Always get travel & Medical trip interruption Insurance! Leave ITINERARY with someone. Take a Photo and a color copy of your passport. Keep a Fingerprint card. Be able to shut your credit cards OFF if you still have your phone. Set a daily limit so No one can spend everything on your card quickly. Your Bank can Fedex you a card or wire cash. Be safe take photos if who you travel with and ID. Send info & pics to friend or family. Dont tell guy what you're doing. Sad but Men murder brides or wives on vacation thinking other country's won't care much. Damn shame ... If you fight with anyone on vacation out the country. Get a new room or LEAVE on Next Flight.
