Too many people have been given CDL’s when another person gave the illegal immigrants the answers to questions. To drive a truck on any roads the driver must be able to speak & read English to follow the road signs, and way too many illegal immigrants can’t read nor speak English. Migrants who Legally come to America, must be able to show they are learning the English language from my understanding. And no one is to drive while intoxicated in America, we have laws against it.
