to redo old floors rental companies rent floor sanders pretty cheap here 75 a day belts 15 dollars get extra and return unused ones sunbelt prefer company I use

Herringbone pattern, I'm doing this in my kitchen from old pallets turned out amazing, take the sawdust from sanding add loctite waterproof glue to it smear across sand again, all your gaps are filled. And then polish

man I used to hate grouting tile in Florida. we have to do the whole house because it's all tile nowadays. I accidentally put the wrong color down in a second bathroom. luckily it was just the shower and the owners didn't notice 😆. I don't do tile anymore because really to be honest I wasn't that great at it. I give people that do these types of jobs with a lot more respect now.
