You sister I have you. We are all holding on by a thread. Keep doing that. Stream and cry and kick things ( no, not your husband) and remember, it鈥檚 going to end. Keep reaching out 馃尭

Sis, we are on the same road, I'm just a few weeks ahead of you. There's times you yell and straightened your crown and there's other times you have a complete meltdown. It's a process and the longer it stays inside the harder it is to let it go. It's ok if you stay in your PJ'S for days on end, it's ok if you don't shower for a few days, it's ok to open a can of spaghetti & meatballs and eat it right out of the can for your Thanksgiving meal or oreo"s and milk for dinner. It's ok if you don't go to the store. Everything is ok or will be ok. Give yourself grace and of someone's hurt you, forgive them- you don't have to forget just forgive. By forgiving you're acknowledging that the other person has problems that effect you and you cannot control them, that's their problem, you can't carry it. Nuture yourself, be kind to yourself and make sure you put yourself first. Remember, you have to have cracks to let the magic in. XO

Sometimes you have to take a few minutes to vent. It's OK to cry. Get it out and then straighten that crown queen. 馃挄

What鈥檚 with everyone having cameras in vehicles and their homes then cry because of government surveillance?
