I remember watching the documentary when I was younger. if I'm not mistaken his kids basically dragged him out when he was like in his eighties put him in a nursing home and he died within the first year.
wish he was here to teach us some things now. there's no way I could haul a log an entire tree log on my shoulder. that's wild and wonderful at the same time.

I remember seeing a documentary about this man, many years ago. He was the ultimate outdoorsman and survivalist. He lived alone in Alaska, living off the land, and providing everything for himself. There are very few men like him in the world today, that's for sure! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
