That's not a Sturgeon. It's an Arapaima, which is native to South America. And this place is a fishing farm in Arcadia Florida where you pay to fish there ponds to catch these monsters

They are fed. My grandfather had a bass pond and he fed them perch every night at the exact same corner of the pond when he would roll up on his little golf cart kinda like you see here. It got to the point where you could throw a piece of bark from a pine tree on a hook and still catch a fish
