maintenance would not use this type of bogus tool to gain entrance into a hotel room. The front desk would have made another room key to gain entrance if the hotel needed to get into the room. The hotel manager & another employee would be involved if the customer had not checked out on day of check out. This man is trying to illegally get into this woman's hotel room to harm this lady. kidnapping and human trafficking is real people. There are other videos out showing this type of thing happening at Hotels. Ladies, be careful when traveling alone, always have some type of protection.

I work the front desk at a hotel and we do have that gadget to use when the door lock battery dies. when the battery dies at 3am and maintenance is not there you learn to use that thing to get the guest in the room, only with proper ID though🤔
