you could have shown him in contract where issue was already addressed. he didn't deserve discount.
I own a junk removal company and got hired to tear down a shed, I told the home owner that I will be using their electrical outlets on the side of the house to plug in my tools, I started the job and her husband came outside and disconnected my tools and told me not to use their electric, so I said fine… I told my guys to flip the fuck out with all the hand tools and demolish this shed, so we took our anger out on that shed and tore it down faster and hauled it off and I told the guy a bigger price when it was done and he paid me, 😆

the customer should have paid your full price because he did not fully read the contract that falls on him not the company that's cleaning he signed it without reading it in full then that's his fault not that company's fault he should have to pay full price!

that's the problem in the usa everyone wants something done for free I own a tree service company and risk my life but they still try to low ball me so I started telling them to find someone else I don't work for free they don't understand it cost to do the work we do plus the over head cost we pay to get it done
