Why are these Street vendors allowed to operate so freely when a brick and mortar food place has to be inspected? has to keep the food at a certain temperature has to have a certain cleanliness rating but these these Street vendors have no running hot water, no place to relieve themselves and then wash their hands properly. no way to regulate to make sure the food is kept at a certain temperature. flies are flying all over and landing on this food that they're serving to the public, but there are people on here defending these Street vendors when they don't have to operate under the same standards of a brick and mortar🤔🤔 people who support them are operating on a new level of stupid vendors should all be shut down and made to go through the process just like a brick and mortar

this is colorado if you dont wanna follow are food and saftey laws than you will have to deal with this this isnt a new thing either they do this after multiple attempts to correct peoples licenses and food saftey set ups also if they had to bring bleach its cause this stand has been visited multiple times and they refuse to correct anything you cant just have food out in open air they need to be cooled or heated either under 40 degrees or above 140 inbetween is called the danger zone cause bacteria can grow you also must have a trash can and understand food hierarchy you cant just make some shit and go sell it on the street while everyone else is forced to have health inspections insurance correct set ups running water for your hands and cleaning the rest of us abide by the food saftey laws and health code no one should be aloud to operate any different than the standard
