For those that find these "disgusting"...u have not experienced real hunger. I do not know the nutritional value of these, except that if u truly know hunger, u will eat them. Also, cow brains, cow tongue, cow stomach, cow eyes, etc. in Mexican cooking, we have chorizo, salchichas (sausage), menudo (cow stomach), barbacoa (cow head including cow eyes), cesos (cow brains), mursilla (blood gravy), etc. It's all good! I can guarantee u, if u don't know what it is, ud luv it! Throw some pico de gallo, salsa, chiles, queso on a tortilla, down it w/a Mexican Coke or a Corona beer...umm ummm ummm🤤! My Mom survived childhood in Mexico, in dire poverty, by eating rats n jalapenos, frijoles n kelite. She survived. She knew starvation, real hunger.

chicken fried bull ball's had them once when I lived on a farm with my grandparents. Grandpa did the cutting Grandma did the cooking. You eat them and you don't say a word. by the way I eat them again if I'm not told what they are. it's just beef . tasted ok with rice and gravy. Oklahoma style they tasted like beef . tasted better than beef liver. one thing you can't get me to eat is kidney whole house smells like Pee. mom cooked them once none of the children would eat them I was about 7 or 8 years old. beef toung was ok . Mexican food truck you can get it on your taco's not to bad

These look more like lamb fries to me. Don’t look like no calf fries I’ve ever fixed! I used to work in a restaurant that sold lamb fries, turkey fries & rooster fries. My papaw eat calf fries, hog brains w/scrambled eggs in them. My hubs loved cows tongue! We were never allowed to eat the pig brains though. Not sure why. Yalll ever had wild onions w/scrambled eggs or polk salet w/scrambled eggs & fried hog jowl bacon?! It’s amazing together! Of course w/fried cornbread too!
