rocky mountain oysters are actually very good if seasoned and prepared properly. lmao😆 Something about eating bull testies just freaks people out. It's part of beef we eat beef tongue/ lingua, beef cheeks, beef stomach lining / menudo, and why not eat entire cow head cheese and all .😲 we waste way too much meat by not consuming whole thing.

I don't keep kosher, but I lean towards a kosher diet. I rarely eat pork. I usually only have imitation crab. I rarely eat shellfish. I eat mostly chicken, smoked fish, tuna, and meat. And the meat I eat only comes from the front of the cow. I don't do eyes or brains. I can't bring myself to destroy the brain. And eyes look back at you, which is creepy. My point is that my diet excludes testies, tails, butts, etc. As for pork, I'll only have a shoulder, chop, or bacon. Hot dogs are Hebrew National only. I like to know what that meat tube has in it. High School health class made me grossed out by FDA standards, and especially grossed out by hot dogs and peanut butter. They have to be Kosher or I won't eat them. FDA allows for too much rat hair, droppings, and bug parts for my imagination to handle. Kosher doesn't.

mmmmmm….Sliced, seasoned, then into milk and egg mixture, then into bread crumbs….toss in oil. Does not take no time hardly for these to fry up…..on to the plate, fresh squeezed lemon juice over them and lightly dipped in cocktail sauce…..another side of heaven many of you have no clue about.
