Being placed in a video online to find him a home is not being used by a rescue. People like this open their hearts to lost animals should receive as much help as possible. I had a friend who ran a shelter all by herself. She worked two jobs so she could buy the dog food. I helped her foster the dogs, but she had the most amazing heart.
