the guy is diy paint project, he's tired of it and went to the pool to escape...fully clothed with the brush. No biggie

I owned a pool service for many years. Had customers who let a scammer of a, "corrosion control"contractor paint their pool bottoms with solid urethane rubber. It was actually very thick latex enamel. Besides the drainage to the storm drains which required a permit. This guy actually would stand in line at the local regulatory office. charge minimum 600 and not finish his job. painted 3/4 up the side walls. ask for a few hundred more,for more materials. Then ghost the clients. That paint peeled off about a month later. destroyed several pool pumps, plumbing,and surfaces of the pool.
My dad would have also had a lit cigarette hanging out of his mouth 😆😆

Why would you bring paint into the pool? I would think it would gum up a filter or something and why would you want to swim with paint that will probably float on the surface?

used to have a huge diving pool ...young, two kids, their friends, pool parties...now this size would be all my husband and I would want and need...more an arms, legs stretching pool...🤔
