I remember having a generator for my bicycle that when flipped to ride on the tire, generated a headlight and tail light while the wheel was spinning. When electric cars began their push recently, and people said we had no way to charge them nationwide, like gasoline filling stations, I thought about that wheel generator I had for my bicycle. Also, why not add a solar panel to the roof of a car? Too many rackets in the USA. A real lack of American ingenuity compared to fifty years ago!
