Anyone can make a spread. All you have to do is put in on it (rice, beans, chips, chicken etc.). You don’t have to be anyone’s bitch for it. Make your own. Tamales, birthday cakes, burritos. You can earn 💰or canteen for it.

yeah, that's what's up! I remember when I was in prison 30yrs ago.I thought about how intelligent and Resourceful some of the inmates was. they are making things out of nothing. I'm just blessed to not have been in trouble since 1995.
My cellmate passed away a year or two after we did our time together. When we were in, tho, we NEVER, EVER went hungry. We always had this yummy rice dish and chichis, and stromboli's, and, and, and. We had our own stinger so we were COOKIN'!! SHE TAUGHT ME SOOOOO MUCH😭😭😭 She was the best. Rest so peacefully, Monica Rittenhouse. You are very loved even though you exchanged form!
I miss hubby when I’m on the phone w my man he always got ppl making food and telling me how they be cooking stuff in there it’s amazing what the inmates create and invent it goes to show that jail has a way of bringing out things about u that u didn’t know as far creativity and engineering and knowing what to do and use for supplies that ain’t always available to you….
my cell mate fed me good in prison all he asked for in return is for me to be his girlfriend and I did that gladly 😊😊

I've done 15 years of my life in state and federal prison. One thing I can say is that as a inmate - the chow halls sucked but we learned how to cook some awesome amazing meals from what we bought from the commisary
People flexing food in prison is like me flexing my wiener to a group of nuns
why i think it shows how we can adapt and over come any situation.
I know that’s right I used to work at the kitchen. You should see the type of meals I cooked up at night all courtesy of the child Hall freezes. I was knocking fire from them babies and eating good as hell me and my new breed family new breed for life
