That food looks delicious. Send me 5 and I will eat good for 5 days. These foods have probably been passed down for generations. I trust the chef and his hands are clean. No bugs, worms, chemicals in this food.
gloves don't do anything.... unless they are putting them on infront of you and you watch them take them off as soon as they are done making your food ...and see them out a new pair on for next....most don't change them after each use...to expensive for corporation ....but even if they wore gloves ....in between each one He touches the spoon the containers etc all woth gloves on and then your food and plate ...the gloved KEEP THEIR HANDS CLEAN ONLY ....not your food ...it puts a barrier protecting their hands..... hand washing is the best most effective way to go. gloves use in hospital for surgery is differnt it protects the doctor and are able to protect you from what the doctor may have on his hand a nail falling off etc BUT....why do they work there and not in restaurant...bc everything in the hospital is sterilized prior to surgery
