Houston Texas, and that same hospital and doctors got busted running an organ harvesting ring for wealthy people.
I have an acquaintance that based on a doctor - was brain dead after an accident - so after a few days/weeks Mom signed all documents do unplug - Dad refused (like this dad 🥰) - 2 weeks later he woke up. Now his #1 Enemy is his Mom - he heard all the conversations and all nagging about his situation (accident) he described the feeling of being trapped without being able to do nothing. He recovered 100%.🥰

5My daughter woke up the next morning just before they were going to perform a tracheostomy on her and then send her to a place for patients who are in a coma long period of time. She woke up and then she sat up looked straight at me and repeated 3 times "There is a god" And right after she said that she lay back down her eyes were open really wide and her head pitched in a backward position to one side moving side to side very slowly The doctors said she was in an awake coma but still in a deep coma at that point they couldn't move her to another facility and they never operated on her. Every single day the while she lay in Critical Care for weeks until she was in an awake state and still in a coma I asked the priest from our church if he could come and see her and he did every day or someone else came in his place even before she was in the awake state. She pulled through but it took a long long time.
Why did he get any time at all! He saved his son by Gods grace!

Sometimes… when you become an organ donor… not all the time but sometimes… and you’re putting in a coma and they say that you have no chance they want to go ahead and remove your organs as soon as possible to be able to give someone else life. But you better make sure of that person is going to really pass without a doubt. Can you imagine as you’re taking the patient to be wheeled to an operation to remove its organs their organs that they wake up??? that is almost what this poor man went through to see his son‘s hand is for twitch and he he had that feeling and he knew it and he I don’t think he should be given time in jail. He was trying to save his son and he did he really did.!! I’m so sorry that man had to go through something horrific the emotional factor thinking he would not be able to see his son ever again and he was going to protect his son.!! I think this was God intervening!!!! and thank God that did happen it would’ve been a very bad outcome for everybody involved… !!! !

there's a problem with how rich the harvest is on body organs...we need to not sign up to give our organs...there taking away peoples rights to a fair chance of recovery..were finding that many people come out of comas or get medical care and survive...don't donate ..wait....

Why should he serve one day in jail? That's ridiculous! He saved his son from being murdered the only way he could. The medical people and his ex-wife were collaborating to murder his son unless it was just the medical people making the ex wife believe the son was already dead so they could get his organs. Since when does a man go to jail for rescuing his son from murder the only way he could. And 11 years! there are people who commit murder who serve less time! And did the doctors who commit attempted murder go to prison? They are professionals. They must have known he wasn't dead and could recover.

Prosecutor should have dropped the case. Judge did the best that she could at the bottom of the sentencing guidelines. If I were that guy, I would’ve done 10 years in prison and never thought twice about it

If you have never lost a child you don't know true pain. I've lost 3 so I know. I don't think her should have gone to jail. Maybe house arrest if something just had to be done, but he didn't hurt anyone, he didn't rob anyone, he just didn't want them to kill his son.
