Honestly, we need MORE judges who are willing to sentence murderers, chomos, and those who do SA, CSA, and all the other horrendous crimes that people commit with longer sentences and give people with minor drug charges, or other small charges an opportunity to receive treatment. I know that sometimes people with small charges usually end up accumulating more and more violations, but if they had been offered a different way to be 'punished' for the very first charge, maybe they wouldn't even HAVE any others
