omg. I am 74 and used to be able to dance for hours in high heels. now I am deaf in one ear. botched cataract surgery then botched CORNEAL transplant surgeries and have VERTIGO SO BAD I CAN BARELY WALK. AND IN HGH HEELS NO WAY. THIS IS WONDERFUL. YOU GO WONDERFUL LADY.

When I was dancing a lot I felt good,energetic and less pain.When my husband got cancer 3 years ago I quit dancing.I am now in a wheel chair and in constant pain.Keep it up grannies.💕

Are actual dance steps no longer a thing? When I learned…. (I’m83).. there were specific routine steps to dancing… Now they just kick, squirm, paw and shuffle… and call it dancing… but… I suppose they enjoy the random stomping, too…
