This judge is done working with this older man, hoping every time he had been before this judge would have made a difference. This man has probably been harassing his neighbors in such a way that he finally crossed the line and now the judge has to send him to jail or fine him for some awful amount. neither did the judge want to do.

Most likely an extreme hoarding situation. The Judge is probably going to order the City or County to go in and clean it out, at Mr Boyd’s expense. He could also order a substantial fine, to try and recoup some of the money the taxpayers have lost, due to the number of years in and out of court on this issue.
