apparently he doesn't know what he is doing slashing four is vandalism the insurance company will pay / slashing 3 and you have to come out your pockets
they'd be fooked. I have a dash cam, front and rear of my truck that records 24/7. I won't share the video with the cops or even tell them I have you on video, I just need them for a case number for my insurance. I'll find the person responsible and deal with them my own way...

It looks like a retire police car. You can see some faded numbers from decals removed. It has push bars in front and a spotlight in the corner of the windshield. My dad installed one of those spotlights when I was a kid. He got a ticket and had to remove it. I’ve no idea why dude is cutting the tires, but if I caught him doing it to my car, I’d tune him up a bit. Buying four new tires is expensive!
