I went through multiple cites and links. What I’ve gathered is the woman was speeding, she tried to overtake a car. From what I’m reading she swerved intentionally into the establishment to avoid hitting pedestrians, only to in turn hit 9 individuals, including children. This is a case of impatience and carelessness. Her actions would’ve hurt someone either way, whether it was the pedestrians or someone else, unfortunately she injured multiple people and children. She was in her right mind from what I read, this is an inexcusable act and the people around who witnessed or experienced this horrific event had a right to be angry.
