Idk the whole story about what went down here in this video. But the cashier has no right to refuse to give them there change back. The only thing the cashier could refuse is service. If she choose to refuse service then she would have to do a return on the item(s) and refund the full amount given. Right now she is technically stealing from the couple. Nothing should have ever escalated this situation to turn into what it is.

This is the 2nd video I've seen today with a cashier trying to keep someone's change. What's the deal? Is it because pennies are no longer being made? No one is entitled to keep someone's change. Not even a waiter/ waitress.
