People have every right to stop at the Curbside to make calls. Because in most states it’s illegal to drive while on the phone. Then again in some states you are allowed to record anyone in a public places, even the police . “ I Understand how annoying it is for someone to start recording you when making a personal phone calls. ( If you feel threatened by someone parked on the curbside in front of your building call the cops. Don’t confront them. )
