This is a deeper issue. This is blatant disrespect for a service worker. This woman should have to pay and pay dearly. She should have a warrant and then do an asset seizure of what she has. Public humiliation isn't enough. This worker should never have been subjected to that kind of treatment.
She needs to be locked up. That Coffee is scalding hot..No excuse for this behavior.

She should be charged
There is no excuse for her to throw hot coffee on her. She wasn’t acting threatening to her. She was trying to reason with her. She never raised her voice at the customer. She was just mad because the manager wasn’t going to give her free food. And as far as being there over an hour I doubt that because although some McDonalds are slow. I have never seen anyone have to wait an hour for their food. And if she has been waiting for over an hour her coffee wouldn’t have been that hot. I think that she had ordered the coffee and then decided she wanted something to eat. And didn’t want to pay the price of the food. So she wanted to exchange her coffee for it.

That's aggravated assault and I hope she does jail time! What's WRONG with ppl that they have such anger issues that they want to burn someone's skin with hot liquid??? And over what???
