I had a taste of duck it was actually good. I am far from an expert on cooking but from what my husband told me they are very “fatty” like goose if you make this in the oven like turkey you have be constantly draining off the fat. That crispy skin is good too.

Having had Peking duck as a pet, this just breaks my 💔 😱. Our Daffy was pet, so friendly and liked to cuddle and follow us around the yard. Animals do have feelings.
