If I'm not mistaken, I've seen this doctor before in other videos bringing a baby back to life who was not breathing. If it is in fact the same doctor, I trust his judgment.

The person that was taking the pictures was there the babies were never unattended this was just a happy doctor and I’m happy for the parents and grateful to the doctor he’s just as proud as the daddy they are very nice and healthy thank you Jesus🥰🙏🙌🏾🌹
