Creed put on one of the best concerts I've ever seen. August 6th, 2009, Starlake, Burgettstown, Pa. An old girlfriend called and asked, "How many people fit in your wife's station wagon?" I told her there were seatbelts for 8. She said, "I can get as many free tickets to Creed tonight as you want. Some guy came to the Pepsi warehouse today and handed out hundreds of tickets." We filled the car drove to the show, free parking, ate some food drank some beers and went in. Tried giving away our extra tickets; everyone had enough or extra. Stuck ours in the fence near the gate beside dozens of others. We asked around and everyone there had free tickets. That made people happy. That gave them money to spend on food and drinks. And they ate, drank & made Merry with a capital 'M'. The show was good, it was the first date on Scott's welcome back tour.There was a full fireworks display at the end. It was flash marketing. No warning and EVERYONE left happy. That's how you start a tour.

I have a playlist on my phone that consists of every Creed album, every Tremonti album, every Scott Stapp album, and every Alter Bridge album. I call it "The Evolution of Creed" and as much as I love every album/band in that playlist, none of them too Creed. there's a reason they were the biggest rock band in the world for a time, because as good as the boys are apart, there is magic when they are together. look at Alter Bridge, they are a great hard rock band.and they are essentially creed with Myles Kennedy up front. you trade Myles and Scott out and they go from a great hard rock band to a phenomenal hard rock band. and I hope the rumors of a new album with new material in 2026 comes to fruition. I can't wait to roll my windows down and blast new Creed through my 11 speaker auto audio masterpiece!
