If you listen carefully to the sound. After she says “he is stealing” you hear him say “no I’m not”. Everytime she said something he would respond. I have that exact bag in my house that I purchased from dollar tree and I too sometimes go in with it and put items in it and go to register.

Very possible that he’s been in the store before and when they recognize someone that comes in and does it again, they will call the police. They’re unable to stop them or hold them until the police get there. They can only report it. And this is for most stores even like the big ones like target and Walmart often times people go out they can’t stop them unless they have a security guard.
