New York City: On May 5, 2025, at approximately 5:00 AM, while driving southbound on the Henry Hudson Parkway after paying the toll, MTA State Police Officers Edward J. Elsis and Sergeant Orlando Caholo of the TBTA Division illegally removed a citizen's license plates under false pretenses.Officer Edward J. Elsis then issued a fraudulent citation that was later dismissed by a Manhattan judge. Because of their unlawful actions, the citizen has now suffered the loss of employment.
